Leaving Cheyenne, WY

On our last day in Cheyenne we visited Paramount Café before heading west towards Yellowstone.

George and I each got a bubble tea, Jasmine ordered a deliciously bubbly and fizzy concoction she scoped out on Paramount’s Instagram, and Van got a hot snow (a hot chocolate only made with white chocolate).  Our beverage break would not have been complete without a delicious cinnamon roll with cream cheese icing!

We said goodbye to Van, Jasmine and the Antelope and headed out of town.

Thank you so much to Van, Jasmine, and Savannah for the wonderful hospitality.  They took such wonderful care of us.

We drove for two days across Wyoming and learned that Wyoming may be even more barren and desolate than the desert.  There was absolutely nothing in the middle part of the state.  At times it would be more than an hour before we passed another vehicle on the road.

There were some windmills to keep the scenery fresh though.
