I really love a man who...

Wow!!!!!  Our Falcon is really starting to come together. And it's all thanks to George. Since his return from SC he has been diligently working on it.

Cabela's TrailGear seat covers
Newly upholstered couch.  We found three large pieces in the scrap pile at G Street Fabric.
Barnwood fold up table mounted to the side of our vanitory.  George's ingenious idea!

We used fabric spray (charcoal grey) to paint the mauve fabric on the doors.
New kitchen and bathroom floors

Cargo rack... George went wild with the reflective tape
Thank you so much my darling. You are my love because you are my love.

June - July Progress

George closed on his house June 28. He left for SC July 9 and got stranded until July 21. He finally made his way back up north but not before he:

Had me thinking he had secretly moved to South Carolina and bought another vehicle

Became a land owner (again)

Sold Jesse's old work van and found a new favorite BBQ joint

Ignored a call back to Harrison, AK

Ate like a king

Defied death and almost lost the trailer

Ran a search and rescue mission (code name Daisy) and was attacked by an electric pole (with live wires)

But I'm glad he decided to come back.

Before he left we reupholstered the downstairs sitting area, patterned new curtains, and put a polyurethane finish on our new countertops (made from and old barn door).

George also stopped by our solar panel dealers place and picked up our new solar panel (and the control thingy from my place which had been delivered to me during during his stint in SC).

And then at Harbor Freight he picked up a few additional items we will need.

Jesse was kind enough to give us a trunk he wasn't using

George had a somewhat crowded drive from VA to PA

But he made it ok and is now volunteering at Harbold's and working on our new home some more. We are looking forward to having it all come together over the next few weeks.
