Exhaust manifold gasket...broken stud.
Remind me not to undertake this again... 11 hours work so far and maybe half way complete...
This was at the end if day one. By day 2 our Falcon was very near the end of her days and there was no smile on George's face. Luckily a nasty temper tantrum and two Tastykakes later it all came together!
