Grelle Camp

We spent Thursday night at Grelle Recreation Area.  It was a very nice primitive campsite but a little pricey for us.  In addition to the $10 a night camping fee (which is very reasonable), there is also a $ daily per person fee.  So for primitive camping with no facilities (except for a vault toilet) it cost us $20.  But it was late and we needed to rest so bit the bullet.

Due to the drought there is no water at Grelle.  Krause Springs are nearby though.

The next morning the camp host brought us some homemade Italian Pizzelle Cookies.  They were spectacular.
