Little Lake Bryant Camp

We left Cobb Camp and headed south to Ocala National Forest. We drove through Jumbolair where John Travolta has an aviation estate.

We found Little Lake Bryant Campground and set up.

 We took a walk around the lake.










This dock shows how high the water level of the lake used to be.  We estimate it has receded about 10 feet.  Many of the lakes in the area are experiencing severe drought conditions.




We came across an old horse pasture.  There was a doorway in the middle of the pasture left behind from a building that once stood there.








The live oaks were spectacular throughout the entire camp.
