We met up with Dave today to go see George’s great
grandfathers airplane. Dave was generous
enough to chauffeur us to the airport and take us flying. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity for
George to experience a relic from his own ancestral history.
Here is a video montage of our flying time with Dave. We really cannot thank him enough for taking us up.
We headed north later that evening via Rt. 55 through McCall
per Dave’s recommendation. It was a
beautiful drive and McCall is a wonderful little town. We spent the night at a dispersed campsite
off of Last Chance Rd in the Payette National Forest of Idaho.
