From the Everglades National Park we headed to Biscayne National Park. We walked around a bit, then went to the Ranger station and watched a few interesting films on Stiltsville and Hurricane Andrew which destroyed much of the park and surrounding area of Homestead, FL in 1992.
If you look very closely, you can see the Miami skyline on the horizon below, 20-25 miles from the Park.
